We welcome Robert Haase and his Bio-image Analysis technology development group in the BioDIP!

Robert started November 1st, 2020 at the Cluster of Excellence "Physics of Life" at the TU Dresden. The mission of his group is to build string bridges between the communities involved in imaging, image analysis, image-based simulations, and image data mining. They will facilitate the application of artificial intelligence, graphics processing units, cloud- and high-performance-computing in the imaging context. Close collaboration, knowledge exchange, open source software, and work in interdisciplinary teams are their methods of choice to solve the puzzles behind the Physics of Life.
